I am a Doctor of Chiropractic that completed post-doctoral work in both sports medicine (earning my Chiropractic Sports Practitioner certification) and hold my Chiropractic Acupuncture (dry needling) licensure.
Manual therapy + movement are key components in your journey to feeling better. I have advanced training in these fields for this purpose.
I've worked with professional athletes to people training for their first 5K to grandparents that just want to be able to lift their grandkiddo. You can expect quality care and results here, that's what we're all about.
Dr. Sierra Hanowski
DC, Webster Technique, CST
I was born in Little Falls, Minnesota and grew up playing a variety of different sports. I eventually focused on hockey and ended up moving to Warroad, MN to finish high school. I continued my hockey career at the College of St. Scholastica and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology.
After undergraduate school, I continued on to Northwestern Health Sciences University
to earn my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree with a sports medicine emphasis.
Throughout my sports career, I found herself injured multiple times and by being a patient myself, I found my passion of wanting to help others in similar situations. I love helping people hit their goals and do this through movement, patient education, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation. When I’m not in the clinic, I like to spend time with family and friends, workout, travel, and eat good food!
